Noordwijkerhout is the starting point of this route. In the centre of the village, you can take a look at the white church (Witte Kerk) dating from 1300. This beautiful church was destroyed by a fire in 1573, but was later restored to its former glory.
From here, you will head towards the flower village of Lisse. This village, surrounded by colourful bulb fields, has a rich flower culture. Lisse is known for the world-famous Keukenhof flower garden, the bulb fields and the De Zwarte Tulp museum. In the cosy heart of the village, you can relax at one of the many terraces or restaurants.
