THE DREAM
We both worked in the Amsterdam hotel industry when we met 18 years ago. With both having completed our studies at the hotel management school, we soon came to share a dream: one day to own our own hotel and catering business! The place, the concept grew over the years. And now there is Borreltijd in the centre of Hillegom and we have realised our dream. Everything has been done with love, self-developed, styled and decorated, all to make our guests feel the hospitality that we like to give to everyone.
