"Mevrouw Kortekaas" was founded by a team of driven food professionals with a passion for good food, socialising and the hospitality industry.
Gradually, the idea arose to specialise and focus on creative snacks. Small "taste bombs" made with attention and craftsmanship. Bites, finger-food, amuses, snacks, or in other words: snacks, but in a new guise or with a contemporary twist. Rather than old-fashioned baguettes with brie or stuffed eggs.
Kortekaas stands for high quality, exclusive presentation and refined taste. We are critical of the ingredients and materials we use.

After the arrival of a lovely daughter, alias Mrs Kortekaas, the company name was quickly born for our unique concept.

The box contains two "ready to be served" appetiser trays. We have also given these trays a contemporary look.
The way we handle the delivery of our snack boxes makes all the difference! We like to deliver the snack boxes ourselves, in our own smart looking van, throughout the Netherlands (except the Wadden Islands).
