At restaurant De Soete Suikerbol you eat more than pancakes With pride we welcome you in our monumental former post office of Hillegom. One of the nicest villages in the bulb region.
Our young and close-knit team applies itself with passion every day to making sure that their guests lack for nothing. We work with fresh and often organic and/or fair-trade products. In addition, we use regional products such as croquettes, hamburgers and cheese made from local cows, chocolate from chocolaterie Pierre and we have our own brand of beer: the Blauwe Tram from the local brewery Klein Duimpje.
Because of this, the restaurant has developed from a pancake restaurant to the living room of Hillegom.
